Tollywood producer Nandi Srihari has been arrested by Task Force Police in Hyderabad on yesterday (August 10th) for cheating the people about Rs. 130 crores through his Gurudev Multi Level Marketing. He cheated the public and collected the lakhs of rupees through a multi-level marketing agency.
The producer and two of his associates had set up an office at Habsiguda near Tarnaka and collected huge sums of money from depositors assuring them of high returns within a short period. “They had collected nearly Rs. 130 crore and were planning to flee with the deposits having stopped making payments to the investors,”.
Nandi Srihari, who has earlier produced film ‘Nagaram Nidrapothunna Vela’ with Charmi and Jagapati babu in lead roles, which is a flop movie at box-office.
